Miriam Miranda is the current Vice-Chair of the Firm’s Intellectual Property Department where she handles European and American trademark portfolios managing trademark prosecution, enforcement and litigation in every industrial segment. Miriam has extensive experience assisting the needs of Fortune 500 companies.
Before joining the firm, Miriam worked for the law firm F.A. Arias & Muñoz and for the Civil and Mercantile Court of Appeals, where she handled many of the most important IP cases in the country. She is actively involved with intellectual property associations worldwide, presently serving on the International Trademark Association Bulletin Committee, Law and Practice Articles, Americas Subcommittee. She is a regular lecturer at IP seminars in Central America.
