Vanessa Tercero manages trademark portfolios for both domestic and international companies. She also has supervisory responsibility for the firm’s patent and trademark docketing system. In the course of her trademark practice, she regularly counsels clients as to trademark availability and the prosecution process. Vanessa also is an integral member of the litigation team and has served as co-counsel on numerous trademark and other intellectual property disputes.
Vanessa has particular expertise in the preparation of licensing and franchising documents as well as with sanitary registrations of pharmaceuticals, food and veterinary products.
